By using https://aiculture.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms form an agreement between you and The AI Culture Company, LLC.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including writing, frameworks, templates, the 5C Framework, the AI Culture Code, the AI Culture Blueprint, the AI Culture Lab, the AI Culture Podcast brand and likeness — is owned by The AI Culture Company, LLC or its licensors. The marks and logos are protected by trademark and unfair competition law.
You may share excerpts of articles with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not repackage, white-label, redistribute, or resell our content without prior written permission.

Use of resources
Free resources are licensed for internal use inside your organization to support your AI culture work. They are not licensed for resale, sublicensing, or use in derivative products or services that compete with us.
If you would like a broader license for training or consulting use, contact us.

Bookings, engagements, and orders
Inquiries submitted through the site are not binding offers or accepted engagements. A confirmed engagement requires a signed statement of work or order acknowledgment from The AI Culture Company. Bulk book orders fulfilled through The Skinny Platform are governed by The Skinny Platform’s own terms.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping content at high volume, sending automated submissions, or interfering with normal operation.

Third-party links and content
The site links to third-party websites, including the Amazon listing for the book and platform pages for the podcast. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers
The site and its materials, including frameworks, assessments, and templates, are provided "as is" and "as available" for informational purposes. We make no warranty that any specific outcome will result from following the materials. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Culture Company, LLC, its members, officers, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or its materials. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold The AI Culture Company, LLC harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these terms is the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
