The AI Culture Code

A keynote for leaders who are tired of buying AI tools nobody uses.

Sagar Pandya delivering a keynote

The premise

Not another AI tools talk

Most AI speakers talk about tools, prompts, and models. Sagar talks about the part nobody else covers: why your team is resisting, how to build trust, and what to do in the first thirty minutes after you leave the room. AI adoption fails when leaders treat it like a software rollout instead of an organizational shift.

What the audience gets

Leave with a plan, not a tool list

Audiences leave with a clear understanding of why AI tools become shelfware and the real reason employees resist. They get the 5C Framework for building AI-ready culture, a self-assessment that tells them whether their company is crawling, walking, or running with AI, and a thirty-minute action plan they can run with their team the next business day.

In the room

Questions your leaders have never been asked out loud

This is not a lecture. Sagar asks the room questions most leaders have never been asked out loud. How many of you have a clear AI policy your employees have actually read? How many of you know if your employees are already using AI without telling you? If we asked your team right now what scares them about AI, what would they say?

FAQ

Booking questions

How long is the keynote?

The standard keynote runs 45 to 60 minutes. We can adjust based on the agenda and follow it with a Q&A or panel.

What size audience works best?

It works for rooms of 20 to 2,000. Workshops are best capped at 50 to keep the room interactive.

Does Sagar customize the talk for our industry?

Yes. A pre-event call surfaces your industry pressures, your team dynamics, and the specific AI questions on your leaders' minds, and the talk reflects that.

Workshops add live exercises, an AI culture self-assessment, AI Council design, and a 30-minute action plan your team leaves the room with.
