Privacy Policy

When you submit a form on https://aiculture.ai, we collect what you provide: name, email, company, role or title, any free-text message, and your reason for reaching out (keynote, consulting, podcast guest, AI Culture Lab, or other).

When you join the AI Culture Lab waitlist, we additionally collect your job title and company size band.

When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers automatically log standard request data: IP address, browser type, referrer, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the site.

We use the information you provide to reply to your inquiry, scope an engagement, send the resources or updates you requested, manage the AI Culture Lab waitlist, and improve the site over time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to public content.

When analytics is enabled, we use a privacy-respecting analytics provider configured to anonymize IP addresses and avoid cross-site tracking.

We rely on a short list of third-party providers to operate the site: hosting (currently Vercel), form delivery (Resend or an equivalent transactional email service), email and calendar (Google Workspace), and analytics. Each provider processes information on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

We share only the information necessary for each provider to perform its function.

We retain form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then we delete or anonymize them.

Analytics logs are retained for up to 26 months unless a shorter period is required by law.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sp@aiculture.ai from the address on file and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from any list-based email by using the link at the bottom of the message.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
